In late summer of 2003 we decided that it was time for our website to receive a facelift. Our old website employed Internet standards that were dying, and did not take full advantage of new and emerging standards. This new website, the one you see now, includes some of the latest technologies to hit the mass of the Internet.

Many of these technologies have been around for some time; however, it was not until the past two years that the majority of Internet browsers were capable of displaying these newer technologies. Therefore, we kept our site down to the bare basics. Also, with the insurgence of broadband (faster access), graphical content can be included more frequently. If this webpage took a long time to load on your computer, we apologize. A faster text-based version is in the works. Thanks for visiting us!
